I was a new patient & I had a great experience. I had a seamless check in and was seen promptly. The office has access to new technology to really test your eyes, i.e. peripheral vision & eye strain levels, etc. The doctor took time to show me images and video for me to truly understand the results of my test. They have a great selection of frames in office for viewing, including the luxury frames that I was looking for. I would 100% recommend this office to others.

Have been going here for many years and the care is always on point. Recently had an eye issue and the care and follow was first rate. A pair of glass had been stepped on and they worked magic to have them work again.

I had a thourogh and professional exam with Dr. Ahmed. Because one machine was down, she invited me back at no charge later. I also purchased glasses there by working with the retail staff. Matching Costco pricing with my insurance. Way to go. I'm glad to support small business.

Dr. Josephine Ngong-Tawe and staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything including costs, options, and next steps. The office is easy to find, bright, open, and orderly. The waiting, area, exam rooms, eyeglass selection area, check-in/checkout area are all clean and clutter free. Dr. Josephine is thorough, patient and on a personal note, very inspirational. Overall an excellent experience every time and highly recommended.

They are courteous, state of the art equipment used in this facility, staffs start to attend to you right away and the facility is clean easy to locate with lots of parking spaces

Dr Nong has a great practice. She truly cares for her patients. I've been her patient for a few years and when there's an issue, I come to her. She examines your eyes and thoroughly explaines to you what she can do to eliminate or relieve your problems. I appreciate her and her staff.
